This Gift Card in the amount indicated on the unique bar code label is issued by Golden Flamingo® and is valid only if issued and used in accordance with the rules below: This Gift Card carries no expiration date.

Where the price of a chosen jewelry item + local sales taxes exceeds the nominal value of the Gift Card, the customer may pay the difference by cash or credit card.

If lost or stolen, this Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the value of the card at the time you report the loss or theft. This Gift Card is valid only at the Golden Flamingo® jewelry store where it was purchased. This Gift Card amount has no cash value. Unused amounts are non-refundable. This Gift Card or/and bar code label is not valid if reproduced or unreadable.

After completion of purchase, this Gift Card will be retained by the Golden Flamingo® store. Other terms and conditions for use of this Gift Card are governed by the Golden Flamingo® store sales policy.

Golden Flamingo® retains the right to resolve, at its sole discretion, any issue that may arise in relation to this Gift Card not addressed above.
