Trefoil Orthodox Cross Eastern Style Crucifix

Trefoil (from Latin trifolium) cross is one of most popular form of the cross in Orthodoxy. The main crossbars of this crucifix with dimensional Christ’s body are crowned by 'a trefoil flower' that symbolizes the Holy Trinity and the Resurrection. The reverse of the cross features an ever-present inscription “Спаси и сохрани” (Protect and save me, oh my God) typical for Russian Orthodox crosses. This two tone gold Eastern style cross may be considered as either a women’s cross necklace or a men’s cross pendant.
