What is the reason of my order been declined I have 3 email from you and first said its accepted number 342 and then order number 341, 340 declined but I ordered once and payment went through my bank already. Please tell me what this emails mean? My order was earrings for child 12010197-CZ and I also have a receipt conformation from golden flamingo. Thank you beforehand

Hello Olga,
Your order # 342 (we received the payment from you for this particular
order) has been accepted and ready to ship. In accordance with our regulations, all orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on following Monday. As soon as your order will be shipped you will receive US PS confirmation number from us.
Your orders #341, 340 have been declined by our system because they contain the same item code #12010197-CZ (red gold earrings) and have not been paid out.

Dear Mr. Novosselov, I wanted to buy Item code: T10006006 or T13006095, but your website doesn't accept order from Canadians, even though your headquarter is located in Toronto. Please advise if you will be fixing this problem in the future or if it's possible to buy any of these items using any other way. Thank you for your inquiry. Our internet store is geared only toward the American market, because this market is of utmost priority to us.
It could happen that certain jewelry items that have been selected for the American consumer are not physically in stock at our Canadian warehouse. However, if you are looking for an item that is being shown as available on our website/warehouse in the US, but is not present at our Canadian warehouse, you can simply make your payment at (though) our Canadian office, and our American colleagues will send your order to you by FedEx (delivery cost and any applicable customs duties would be charged to you).
