This classical Orthodox cross features a carving of a smaller Russian Orthodox cross at its center. Acronym "IC XC" ("Іисусъ Христосъ-Jesus Christ") is engraved on the cross, and a radiating disk reminiscent of the sun is engraved at its very top. (The sun signifies the eclipse that marked the time of crucifixion).
