Inside this ornate four-pointed golden Russian cross with religious symbols there is a more austere Orthodox crucifix of a smaller size. Meaning of the symbols: Four-winged Cherub flying above the cross - an angel of the second order whose gift is knowledge, IC XC-Jesus Christ, Г Г- Golgotha mount. The reverse of the cross pendant features an ever-present message “Спаси и сохрани” (“Save and Protect”).
