Trefoil (from Latin trifolium) cross is one of most popular form of the cross in Orthodoxy. The main crossbars of this cross are crowned by a trefoil that symbolizes the Holy Trinity. On the reverse of the cross there is an inscription in Cyrillic 'Спаси и Сохрани' ('Save and Protect') typical for Slavic Orthodox crosses. This rose and white gold orthodox cross may be considered as either a women's cross necklace or a men's cross pendant.
