585 (14-karat) white gold Orthodox cross with guilloche ('rough') background to highlight the miniature crucifix at the focal point and a raised relief inscriptions praising the Lord: ЦС ("Царь Славы" or "The King of Glory" in Church Slavonic), IC XC ("Іисусъ Христосъ" or "Jesus Christ" in Church Slavonic), and NИКА (derived from the Greek verb "nikē" or "conquest"). This word at the base of the cross is reminiscent of the Appearance of the Cross with the inscription "In this sign thou shalt conquer" before the Emperor Constantine to signify the triumph of Christ's over death and hell. The reverse of the cross with the inscription "Спаси и Сохрани" (Russian for "Protect and Save [me, oh my God]") is a true work of art and is both beautiful and highly meaningful. This Orthodox cross pendant is befitting a woman as much as a child.
The same cross is also available in 585 (14-karat) rose gold or 925 silver.
