'Calvary' Orthodox Silver Cross with Prayer Hypoallergenic 925 Silver with Rhodium Plating

Design of this Orthodox silver cross is inspired by the Byzantine period. It is a variation of a monastic "Calvary Cross" with the cross atop the Calvary and the slope represented by the inscriptions. "NИКА" (from the Greek verb nikē - conquest). This word at the base of the cross is reminiscent of the Appearance of the Cross with the inscription "In this sign thou shalt conquer" before the Emperor Constantine to signify the triumph of Christ's over death and hell. The skull and the letters (Г.А.) signify the Head of Adam and represent the ashes of Adam, whose sins were washed away with blood of Jesus Christ on Golgotha. The stylized four-winged Cherub on the cross's bail symbolizes a guardian spirit. The edge of the cross features Psalm 67:1 in Church Slavonic language to protect from demonic attacks: "Да воскреснет Бог и расточатся врази его и да бежат от лица Его ненавидящие Его" ("Let God arise..."). The reverse is decorated with a beautiful ornament and the Psalm 67:2 - "Яко исчезает дым, да исчезнут, яко тает воск от лица огня тако да погибнут беси от лиц любящих Бога и знаменующихся крестным знамением". This cross will make the statement of faith for a man or for a woman.
