ORDERING FROM CANADA

Call us toll-free 1.877.965.6869 or choose PAY BY PHONE option on the page with detailed item description to submit your order. We'll get back to you by email or phone with your order details (including the price of shipment) to get your approval. After your approval the Customer Service will send you an email with the invoice and the payment instructions. Our Canadian customers have 3 payment options: by phone/credit card; via PayPal; or Interac e-transfer. Please note: bank transfer fees are included in the purchase price.

Shipping Charges

1. Items available in our Toronto (Canada) warehouse are shipped within 1-2 days. Cost of shipment depends on the distance, the type of postal service, and the purchase price. Purchases over $199US / 270CA (before HST) are shipped free of charge by Canada Post Express Service. Delivery may take up to 6 business days.

2. If the item of your choice is not in stock in Canada, it is shipped from our US warehouse. Minimum purchase price for such orders: $1,000US / 1,400CA (before HST). Cost of shipment depends on the distance, the type of postal service, and the purchase price. Delivery may take up to 12 business days, depending on the type of postal service, distance, and customs clearance time. Shipment fees for Canadian clients include duties and customs charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (except Canada)

We ship gold jewelry and silver tableware to more than 100 countries including Australia. Most packages are shipped by US PS Priority Mail International service. Cost of shipment starting $35US, delivery time 6-10 business days. To place your order choose PAY BY PHONE option on the page with detailed item description. We'll get back to you by email or phone with your order details (including the price of shipment) to get your approval. Cost of shipment (except for Canadian orders) does not include customs charges, duties, brokerage fees or any other charges related to cross-border shipment. Our Customer Service will send you the invoice and payment instructions once you approve the shipment charges. Our buyers world-wide may pay by PayPal or by a wire transfer. Be advised that:

a) we are not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges (except for Canada);

b) all international sales are final, w/o return or exchange (except for Canada)
