Guilloche Ukrainian Orthodox Cross, 27mm High Hypoallergenic Cadmium-free 585 (14K) Rose Gold

This cross pendant was designed specifically for the Ukrainian community in the USA and Canada. The inscription 'Врятуй та Збережи' (Ukrainian for 'Protect and Save') on the reverse is made to repel negative energy and are believed to help deflect away envy, hate, and jealousy. Front of the 14K rose gold cross with a beautiful guilloché texture has an inner minimalistic cross within an outer elaborate pattern bearing the inscriptions IНЦI (Church Slavonic acronym for "Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews", and IC ХС (Church Slavonic acronym for "Jesus Christ".) Trefoil-shaped tips of the crossbars, typical for classical Orthodox crosses, traditionally symbolize The Holy Trinity. Simple six-pointed inner cross is more common among the followers of the East-European Catholic Church (Greek Catholic Uniate Church) of Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania and Poland. The dimensions (27mm high x 13mm wide) of this body cross make it best suited for women, young men, and teenagers.
