Orthodox Crucifix - Body Russian-style Cross Certified 585 (14kt) Rose and White Gold

This Russian-style 585 rose and white gold cross is handcrafted in the best traditions of the Orthodox Church in the old Russian city of Kostroma. The Crucifix in the center of the composition is accompanied with traditional inscription INЦI atop the cross comes from Church Slavonic 'Іисус Назарянинъ, Царь Іудейскій' ('Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews') to reflect the historical background of the crucifixion of Christ ordered by the procurator of Judea Pontius Pilate. Inscription on the reverse reads 'Спаси и Cохрани' (Russian for 'Protect and Save' [me, oh my God]) to dissolve negative energy and protect from demonic attacks. The cross may be considered as either a women's cross or a men's cross.
